Since 1977, the Virginia State Frisbee Tournament has brought together players, friends, and generations of disc enthusiasts for one of the longest-running flying disc events in the United States.

What began as a gathering of passionate throwers has grown into a celebration of the sport itself — competition, creativity, community, and the simple joy of watching a disc fly.

This year marks the 49th edition of the tournament. The tradition has continued to span nearly five decades.
